We can already see firsthand Marianne's experiences and her passage through both worlds, the earthly and the spiritual.
From today it is available on Game Pass for all players to enjoy.
What Will We Find In The Medium?
Bloober Team has been working on the concept of parallel worlds and has made it a reality in The Medium.
This horror game from the Polish studio will put us in the hands of Marianne, a medium who can travel between the real world and the world of the dead.
What most strikes us is that these two worlds coexist on our screen simultaneously, something that has amazed and raised the eyebrows of the players alike.
That new horror game brings us a third person perspective.
To integrate the two worlds at the same time, divide our screen in two.
Marianne will have to solve puzzles in one of the worlds in order to progress in the other. It is this duality that has made this game so long-awaited and special.
The story is complex and has shades of psychological terror,And We meet at the Niwa Resort .
Marianne must go to this place to investigate nightmares about a girl that haunt her.
Once there, a series of events will take place that will take her to the afterlife .
There she will have to help the souls that were trapped in the realm of the dead, where she will also face Maw , a powerful paranormal creature.
The Medium Release Details
The Medium is now available For those who want to get hold of it, it can be purchased from the Xbox Series X/S Microsoft Store and on PC through the same store and Steam .
Starting on launch day, it will be available on Xbox Game Pass for console and PC .
So It is not available right now in physical format although Bloober Team has not ruled it out.
This week a video was published with the first 18 minutes of gameplay .
It was the North American branch of IGN and it did it on Microsoft's most powerful console.
