Extra extra! Rare today announced on Xbox Wire that Season One is now available on Sea of ​​Thieves for free to Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows 10 and Steam players.

Rare today announced on Xbox Wire that Season One is now available on Sea of ​​Thieves for free. 

This new season includes  100 levels of content for everyone and the new Raid Pass available as an additional purchase to gain early access to premium rewards.

As you beat each of the 100 levels in Season One, you'll unlock rewards ranging from gold and cosmetics to ancient coins to spend on Pirate Emporium merchandise.

Season One also launches with Lost Cargo Voyages, a new way to collaborate with the Merchant Alliance where you become a maritime detective searching for valuable cargo in shipwrecks.

With the launch of Season One, Sea of ​​Thieves on Xbox Series X also receives a Performance Mode , enabling an incredibly smooth 120 frames per second at 1080p for pirates who want to prioritize fluidity as an alternative to 60fps at 4K.
